Uhh, not telling me while the vehicle was in the shop for repairs that my belt tensioner needed replacingThe vehicle wasn’t clean, where the service was done, it was. Every dealership I have ever been to at least washed the car before returning it to me. Yours didn’t.The car wasn’t moved in to the customer area ready for me to drive away.Next time, tell me while my vehicle is in for a repair what else needs attention or replacement.
