n/acleaning could be improved upon and was unable to log into Wi-Fi. The seat are no very comfortable.Chris does not explain what is going on with your vehicle. He says about 3 to 4 and hands you a sheet of paper, with prices and a total and then leave.All my personal setting had to be re-adjusted.I miss my former service advisor William Barnes who was more knowledgeable and courteous to the customers. Mr. Williams would listen carefully to what my concerns were and would assure me that I was leaving my vehicle in good hands.When my car was left in Chris V. hands, he showed that caring for my vehicle was not important. Using Mitsubishi this go around left a cold and uncaring feeling., and I'm very disappointed. It is very unethical for a service advisor to try and coach a customer on how to rate their performance.My car was delivered over to Firestone for alignment and Mitsubishi (Chris) informed my husband that he would have to go and pick-up my car. That was unacceptable, and I'm very up-set about it and I was over charged. My deductible was 100.00 and I was charged 114.13. Mitsubishi owe me a refund of 14.13.I asked if they offered alternate transportation and I was told that it was no longer available, and then Chris was assisting that I get a rental car and I told him several times that I did not want to get a rental car.

The Part Was Not Available At The Time Rescheduled Service.Like I Said Earlier Since I've Been Coming To This Location I Have Had No Problems With Service.P.S. U Are Not In South Dallas U Are South of Dallas.My Service Advisor Chris Stepped Right In Was William Left Off.In Other Words Ever Since I've Been Coming To This Dealership I Have Had No Problems.I Take That Back The Only Problem I have had is calling the main line & Leaving A Message I Get No Return Call.But As For Service On My Vehicle U All Are Great!

All was done well. Forgot to reset the system after service; the maintenance light for the oil and tire. It also seems all tires are over inflated; not to the pressure recommended for the vehicle 35 psi according to the owners manual. Also, after the car wash, it was given back to me some areas not well dried. Other than these few, I appreciate the exceptional service and good customer service.It took 1 1/2 hrs for the service to be completed after they took it in, which i thought was longer than expected for that kind of service.Didn't know they have Wi-Fi and did not need it.Already explained above.Already submitted things that need improvement.Attention to detail service in a timely manner. Great customer service.
