Chris became irritated with my question. To my understanding he was telling me at check out he would let me know if I was covered. What he didn't understand was at checkout time I may or may not be able to afford if there was a difference between this visit and my last. Very impatient person and I cannot adapt to this type behavior. If I feel that he can't be a more understanding and polite person I will need to move on.Appearance of a professional facility. To me by phone I imagine a mechanic shop with everyone yelling out orders etc. Please become more polite, courteous and caring. William was very nice and understanding to seniors. You should never have gotten rid of him.I choose to communicate with a person.My grandson took the responsibility of taking my care in for oil change. I am very uncomfortable about the staff. I would like to know if the person servicing my car didn't just start out as a mechanic. Chris needs to trim his rough edges. I maintain the servicing of my car in order to avoid expensive repairs. Therefore I don't care how irritated he becomes when dealing with a senior. I built a trusting relationship with William and was very disappointed that he is no longer with the company.

After I contacted the Mitsubishi place, in regard to cash bonus. I drove over to south Dallas the next day and got my car. My only problem was, after I bough the car. Within 4 hours I began to receive calls asking if I was still interested in buying one. At first I was ok with them. Then the calls continued thru the next day.After receiving 5 or 6 called from sales representatives. Some one finally updated my file saying I had already purchased a car from there. It wouldn’t have been so annoying but I work nights and the representatives were calling and waking me. After working, and having to go back that night. It was pretty annoying. But I love my new car. 🚗Very affordable. Great staff. Easy accommodations. In and out within 2 hours.Dan made everything seem to flow flawlessly. Filled the gas tank, detailed the car.Chad had the paperwork in order and ready to roll ….very pleased.
