thank youthe customer service that Mr. Jarrett Dean gave me on 09.04.2025 I would do it again he was very very knowledgeable of his job the timing was consuming it wasn't long at all when he came to me he came in with very positive assurance of getting me a car like he said and it did happen so again I wanna thank Mr. Dean and thank you all Mitsubishi for hiring him allowing him a chance he's a very outstanding salesman I will be passing on his cards thanks

Never have water in the vending machineNever put my seat back to original positionHad to speak with the sales manager there was a very rude salesperson I believe his name Jerry I was watching TV & ask me about buying a car I told him I have been a loyal customer & purchase a car only thru Cary Wilson. Then I was looking at cars outside & Jerry comes to me again I told him I just purchased a car last month from Cary Wilson. I will never are buy a car there & would go to Plano he really pissed me off so desperate to make a sale.Great customer service

When you go in ask for Jeremy he’s knowledgeable and WILL NOT let you leave until you get the full Mitsubishi sales experience. He’s great HONESTLY!I went in to have my vehicle fixed and was asked if I would like to upgrade instead. I was reluctant because I’ve had a few bumps on my credit and didn’t think it was possible. They did everything possible and I left driving a 2025 Mitsubishi. It’s now my baby and one of the best cars I’ve ever owned the other was the one I took in for repairs. If you have a problem they are there to ask and I would not go anywhere else!

I was informed of the 3-hour wait time, which was not the problem. The additional unexpected services were the cause of the long time.As mentioned previously, the car was serviced, but I traded it in for a new vehicle. Therefore, I can not correctly answer these questions.Initially, when dropping my 2019 Outlander off for service, the advisor informed me that they would run a diagnostic to determine the cause of the wobbling while driving (the reason why I came). After almost an hour, he informed me that the issue was the tire and then told me of the additional services, including fluid replacements, along with the 3-hour wait. There wasn't much explanation about anything else; he just told me what was on the paper that was suggested to be done next or soon. I set up the payment plan through Sunbit to handle what I could do and continued to wait. After another hour or so, I went outside to look at the newer models. I informed my advisor that I was going up front because I wanted to talk with someone and see if I could get a courtesy ride home. I spoke with Samantha, who was a huge blessing, and decided to trade my 2019 model in for a 2025 model. Amid negotiations and test drives, Samantha told me that she had asked my advisor about my 2019 vehicle, to which he told her that "there was a lot wrong with my vehicle." However, the printout he provided did not reveal any significant issues beyond those I was already addressing, so I did not understand what was truly wrong with my 2019. The only major issue I could think of is the mileage, although not over 100k, but it was over 95k; yet, still no wrecks, no body damage, and no alterations, and most importantly, paid off. I informed Samantha that I was addressing some of the problems on the list, such as replacing a belt and replacing the fluids. After everything was finalized, I proceeded to remove my items from my 2019 to put them into my new 2025 (saying my final goodbyes, lol), for which I had to wait for Samantha to get the key from my advisor. The next day, I noticed the Sunbit transaction on my account and called my advisor since that is where I initiated the transaction. He informed me that no one had mentioned I was trading in my car, so I would need to call back and speak with sales to discuss what they could do to resolve the problem, since service had already been rendered. He also stated that he saw me removing items from my 2019 model and transferring them to the 2025 model, but again, nobody informed him that I had traded it in. I found this frustrating and a bit irritating, as despite all that was happening, he didn't bother to check or ask any questions about the numerous missed opportunities to find out what was going on and why I hadn't come back to the checkout. Granted, I could have also come back to let him know, but I was under the impression that this was being taken care of for me since my 2019 was used as a trade-in. However, after it was all said and done, Samantha and Chad took care of the situation without any further frustration to me, and I was able to continue basking in the purchase of my new car.I mentioned all that I could, as my problem was with the service advisor and not my salesperson. I did not let this one incident sour me on this facility and will continue to patronize this specific location. I enjoy the rapport I have with those that I see often, like Mr. William and my new sales lady, Samantha! Thank you all for your support in helping me achieve a significant goal this year!I traded in my car, which was due for service, so I didn't complete the checkout process. Therefore, I can not correctly answer the above questions.Initially, I was there at the dealership waiting for my vehicle, so there was no need for a different method when they could just come into the waiting area to get me.This is my 2nd Mitsubishi from South Dallas, and it has been a pleasant experience each time.
