Service coupon was not applied to my totalPlease pay closer attention to applying coupons for service visitsWaited over 5 minutes to get greeted. Looked like there was only 1 person working that day in service

GM contact me however RUDE and only talked badly about X employee, that most of your customers have been dealing with I have been a customer for over 12 years which was Don Herning if a customer had any issues that GM made sure the customers were satisfied are even offer a free oil change, tire rotation ECT. THIS GM TOLD ME TO GO BACK TO DON HERNING, at that point I simply ended the call.

I rated Mitsubishi a 10 because, in my situation, I didn't think it was possible of me getting another car. Especially a brand new one. But to my surprise, they worked with me and put me in a new car that was excellent on gas and easy on my monthly finances. I know most of us go after the cars that we want and not the cars that we need. The Mirage was perfect for my situation. So if Mitsubishi can help me, I have no doubt that they can help you. I will continue to recommend Mitsubishi to my family and friends.
