Overall, I was very pleased with the service team. Esme did a wonderful job keeping me informed on what was happening with the repairs and was very knowledgeable about the issue and what was being done to resolve it. I do not like that your sales manager attemped to sell me a new car at 14K above the cost of what I just paid for my car 8 months ago. It was very insensitive and I would not look for him to purchase again if/when I'm ready.service is always great
