The facility definitely needs updated. The parking is minimal. It’s not a very busy road.I just feel that when you’re in there buying a car everybody falls all over you to give you the car but when you start coming back from service, there’s always delays if they sometimes can wash your car. They sometimes don’t wash your car. They don’t have the same amount of greetings as they do effectively when you purchased the car.The manager was very short with me when we had to talk about a coupon for my service, and I was lectured or scolded on the fact that they would give it to me this time but going forward it had to be there when I had already called Mitsubishi corporation and explained the situation that they were sending coupons to my old car not my new car and nobody seems to know how to correct that problem so I did not appreciate being schooled in front of everyone at my age on the necessity of having a correct coupon I thought that was very rude and embarrassingI had scheduled an appointment and changed it, but they forgot to change it in their book, but they took me anyway so I do say I appreciate that
