i’m disappointed in Mitsubishi’s remote start feature when I purchased my vehicle, I was never informed that after the initial two years that I would have to pay $99 per year for the remote start option so not only did I pay for that in the purchase price of the vehicle now I have to pay for it to use it which I won’t do but I would not purchase another Mitsubishi vehicle because of this.

Need to do something about the cost of parts and labor. I can change my brakes and rotors for 100. U charged 300 just for rear pads. That highway robbery. Just saying. We can't afford this. I can do oil change for 30 u charge 90. Get my point

I was notified of a recall. The second time for the same issue regarding the back up camera. The first time it was a recall and fixed, the issue was resolved right away. This second time it does not appear the recall took or the car had another update and there is another issue. Is it an emergency to get fixed again. No because that just takes time away from work on my part. So when I have the 30,000 mile check up done I will bring it to there attention again.I do appreciate the service at South Park Mitsubishi. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. This is my first Mitsubishi and I can say when I am in the market in the long future. I will be purchasing again from this dealership.

A "10 star" rating for Jim Carter and Dave Teres. They were there to answer any questions and work with us to make the deal happen. They were an important part of the decision to purchase at South Park Mitsubishi. The no pressure sales tactic was greatly appreciated.From the time we walked in the door they were not only patient until we found the perfect car but very helpful and knowledgeable. This has been our best car shopping experience.

Dan Westerlund did an excellent job !!!!Service department rep (Dan Westerlund) was very knowledgeable and honest with everything....unlike other dealership service departments that just try to hard sell you everything and rip you off !!!!
