went in for a recall and the work was done i had to take it back in because the hatch was coming down by itself they couldn't see that happen so they left the work order open im sure if we can get it to them when it happens they will handle it they where going to check with techthird outlander we bought there and from sales team to service first class

I have completed several of these and my answers are pretty much the same , this is a great service department , I did not purchase my vehicle here , but because of this service my next Mitsu will be purchased there at South ParkTremendous staff , welcoming and very professional , clearly explain what your service will require .

I would have been fine with the time if what I assumed would be taken care of was. I guess I should have asked for my tire pressure to be checked and just assumed they would be. My tires were rotated but they did not check the air pressure, because of the change in cold temperatures, tire pressures were left at 29 s on 3 tires and 32 on passenger front tires when it should be 35.As stated earlier not happy tire pressure was not adjustedusually receive good service
