I don't like that when you pick up for service. They just hand you your keys and tell you to go in some side lot and get your car. One of the service people there seen the last time I was there. They parked me next to a garbage dumpster and I couldn't even get in the car. This time he was seeing me and he ran out and got my car. I thought what a gentleman, the rest of the service department they just look at you and don't even greet you or say goodbye
