Always a great experience when I visit the service department. Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

The imperfection was not able to be handled due to the late hour of my purchase. They are going to fix it as soon as I am able to bring it back. As for mechanical defects I won’t be able to tell until i drive my new car for a bit.I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with every facet of my purchase from the owner all the way to the financial process. I will definitely recommend South Park Mitsubishi.Customer service. Jim was not pushy and listened to what was important to me in a car.
