The staff are great.. Even when the impossible requests were presented, I was given the proper response by the company rules..no beating behind the bust, just straight up answers...kind and professionalBeginning with the salesman Jim..He and I had talked a number of times on the phone prior to meeting in person..Then there is Dave the sales manager..we met at the dealers on my first vist..Both appeared genuinely interested in my purchase.. polite and professional..

i have noted that there is something wrong with the sound system for the last two appointments, but they keep saying they cant reproduce it and therefore cannot fix it. not their fault, but still frustrating.noted previously about time. i still have the radio / sound system issue.i waited a long time, but overall the service was fine

My car was disabled on the rack when I was shown the repairs that were needed and then the suggested repairs were just unbelievable at the time. I just changed the cabin air filter 3k miles ago and wanted to change it. Battery age. And a multitude of other nit picking for sales of repairs.

I enjoyed my visit very much and had no issues with any sales person. Everyone was welcoming and kind. Very pleased with my entire experience!Everyone, especially Nick who sold me my car, was very kind and helpful during my visit to purchase my first car. They all made the process very simple for me and were not pushy at all. I got a great price and wasn’t over charged or pressured into anything I didn’t want unlike many other dealerships.
