Had to make a return visit for device because they broke a wheel nut stud and didn’t have the part on hand . They told me the lug nut was over torqued by someone else .Had to make a return visit for servicePart should have been on hand .Had to make a return visit for service .

I like the dealership itself but unfortunately there is very little room to park your vehicle. Every time I bring my vehicle to the dealership, unfortunately I have to park my vehicle in an unsafe space. Fortunately, the employees are very good at quickly moving my vehicle to inside the service shop.I think you should offer coupons for your loyal customers like me.The employees who work at South Shore Mitsubishi are all a "10". Gladys, Nicole, Paul and every other employee all treat me with respect and kindness. The service technicians are knowledgeable and hard-working. However, Mitsubishi stopped mailing coupons to me. The cost of maintaining my vehicle keeps rapidly increasing. I have been a loyal customer for the past 8 years. I think it is only fair and right for Mitsubishi to reward my loyalty.

My only complaint was that only TWO of the FIVE chairs in the waiting room had a padded seat. The other three chairs were simple cheap all light plastic . . . very uncomfortable when you have to sit in one of them for an extended period of time waiting for your car to be serviced. I won't know if they did anything to replace them with more comfortable padded seat chairs until I return for my next scheduled servicing in a few months.
