My only complaint was that only TWO of the FIVE chairs in the waiting room had a padded seat. The other three chairs were simple cheap all light plastic . . . very uncomfortable when you have to sit in one of them for an extended period of time waiting for your car to be serviced. I won't know if they did anything to replace them with more comfortable padded seat chairs until I return for my next scheduled servicing in a few months.

My 2020 Outlander Sport GT qualifies for a new touch-screen radio assembly, but the dealership told me there was a problem getting the replacement radios and they didn't expect them to come in until December or January. My radio is still functional most of the time and only screws up some of the time, so I can manage to wait, but I'm really shocked that Mitsubishi is taking so long to get the new radios to the dealerships. I've already been waiting over two months.I have already written everything good and bad, so nothing further for me to say.The counter people were wonderful, as always. Nicole and Gladys are always courteous and smiling. The service was performed efficiently, and my car runs like brand new again! I would have given even a higher rating, BUT there are five chairs in the waiting area, BUT only TWO of them are padded seat folding chairs!!! The other three are cheap plastic back/seat chairs (no cushioning). Older customers need a more comfortable chair!!! Thanks for listening.
