We need better dc planning for pts they should not be going to the street Also we need more security and floor staff for high acuity units The danger level and risk for injury is too high! Not safe

DISCHARGE PLANNING!!! It is very disheartening to put our blood, sweat, tears and hearts into our clients hope for a better future just to walk them out the door to continue being homeless. We have plenty of resources in our community focused on stopping this painful cycle. We CAN make a difference in their lives if we would all care to try!

Salaries,staff appreciation/support in tuition

Salary and adequate staffing alongside improving supplies

Improve on scheduling and the L/C .

New MHT without experience should not be making more then MHT leads with years of experience. It makes me feel like I'm not valued. On 3bs on noc sun mon tues having a person that is a float that actually does float makes huge difference we always get a LPN on 3be so during the time the MHTs need the most help they are passing meds. And if 3bs are high actue both sides need heavy chairs. Also our new insurance that was supposed to be better is worse at least for me I go to a clinic and my co pays went from $0 a month with our old insurance to almost $1,000 with our new insurance every month. And i have tried to find the same treament in network and there isnt any. So im stuck paying out of network prices. And as far as this survey goes we do it every year but never get feedback on our input from administration so it feels like a waste of time. Why do a survey if nothing changes?

Everything

Awarding overtime hours fairly with no favoritism.Favoritism has been on the rise. Implementing pay time in a timely manner without the employee having to follow and persuade several times, sometimes this is very discouraging.

Enough staff on the floor. The current grid system does not cater for out safety.

Safety pendants!! Every other facility that I've worked at we've had safety pendants so if we are dealing with an escalated patient or code of any kind... We just have to hit the button and focus the problem. If a patient becomes assaultive, the only way to call a code is to turn our backs on them and try to get to the phone. Violence happens very fast and simplifying our ability to call a code would make me feel much safer.Train in MOAB.... Instead of CPI.
