We are always short on supplies and linensPatients ask for snacks but we run out oftenIt’s profits over everything. At least pretend to care about your employees.Every employee (just ask them) have low morale and are just going through the motions. This place seems to keep terrible and lose the good ones. The remaining few good ones are the only ones keeping this place from collapsing.There should be better staffing ratios. It’s literally impossible for an employee to do Q5-minute rounds, and all the stuff they’re expected to to (mop the floors, hand out linen, hygiene stuff, and much more)

Increase expectations during interviews for new staff. Stop hiring people with no skills that can't communicate wellIssues are repeatedly ignored, bad staff are not written up and change seems like it will never happen. People with poor work ethic that can't complete the basics of their job are still employed here making it harder for good staff. The house supervisors have been incompetent and never answer the phones.

1. Have housekeeping shifts to do proper cleaning when theres not much movement, the hospital is dirty, the floors need scrubbing.2. Intake _ patients belongings take too long before they are brought to the unit, why not have permanent staff for that and equip them with overalls and n other n safety gear and pay them better.3.Harmonize MHT rates, example some get 19 others 22 and others 25, once you get to the floir n learn others get paid better than you, it starts discouraging you hence higj staff turnover

Lots of complaints from patients that they only see their provider for 2-5minutes.Provide adequate staffing on floor to ensure safety of employees.Let staff work overtime. This is our bonus just as corporate gets theirs

Adequate staffing neededWe need to recognize those patients who cheeks medication and act on it, and our house keeping needs to up a bit in common areas and patients rooms
