The constant piles of inventory we have to deal with on top of our main jobs.

More staff. Always short staffed. Hard to take breaks because of the staffing. Very acute patients should require more staff but we never have enough.

Staffing

staffing, doing a better job a placing employees in an areas where their strengths will allow them to be successful. increase Pay for certain employees

Making sure that priorities line up with what the hospital mission is. Is the mission about quality care or about quantity of people we came into the beds (profit). Numbers/ statistics can only show so much.

Why don’t the hospital or the leadership acknowledge our Director or our team. Wendy has done more for our team in the short time she has been than anyone. She is always acknowledging our hard work. Leadership dogs her out, they don’t give her any credit. It’s sad.

We need supplies at right timeIncrease pay as employees stay for an intervals amount of time like after month or 1yr.

More staffing in the units. In my last survey I mentioned how low staffing would lead to patient and employee injuries. And voila! It’ll get even worse if units are not staffed better and if you keep admitting patients that even jails can’t hold. And employees are murmuring about writing to the state and beginning to sue for any injury.Mark my words: A patient or an employee will be soon be permanently maimed or killed in this place if you don’t change the admission criteria and staff better.
