If a employee makes a legitimate complaint to a manager, the manager should follow with them once the manager has explored the concern. What steps should we take when a patient is harassing staff members? How do we report it and what if the patient is not truthful about what is happening?

1. New computers with expanded HCS programs for the med rooms.2. An employee who specifically does all the ordering of supplies and then fills each supply room on the units so nurses and floor staff don't have to leave their units to find critical/necessary supplies, ie: insulin syringes, ADL supplies, etc.3. One more floor staff for each unit. The current model does not support the patients needs.

Dept Directors cannot act as though there is a get out of jail free card. They are not free to act or speak to others as they wish or even speak to those lower in education or socioeconomic statuses as they see fit. It's shockingPatient belongings and management of their inventory is likely run by people who actively steal items of visible value. There's absolutely no reason for items to simply vanish as they do. They are seen or even inventoried and then vanish. It's not possible for these items to just be lost and never found without them being truly stolen.

Each unit is different and they need to be trained on all the units.2) Also, having same activities on every unit such as crayons, markers, cards game puzzles, and a lot more books.3) Pts belonging is a big problem. People in intake have better training in inventory things.4) Units and central supply are always empty.none
