Staffing is inconsistent. Work loads are vastly different between night and day and the noc shift gets differential for what I'm not sure. Why are units doing discharges? Mhts have enough to deal with, quit piling on so much!!! WHY CANT WE HAVE A DISCHARGE DEPT? I've brought this up with Connie to no answer. Why are we only giving bus tickets to patients leaving and why is giving them sweats an infection control issue? And for Gods sake order bigger bras for people with bigger breasts!!!

To provide safe staffing not just for patient but for the staff working on the floor/unit. Security personnel or more male MHTs. I am scared for y patient and for myself
