Pay employee's what they are worth and don't start new employees off at a higher rate then people who have been here and are good hard working employees. Have accountability for the MHTS to do what they are supposed to some don't even do rounds properly or at all. And make sure that floats are actually floating and helping both sides.Some people are just not doing the work and it doesn't seems like they are any consequences. And it is very frustrating for the people who actually care and work hard and engage with the patients. The harder you work the less likely you are to get help. If I do an incident report there is no follow up to know that something was done so why waste my time. I personally know that someone I referred to work here got hired making $2 more an hour then me and I had more experience then them it made me feel like I was not appreciated.
