I struggle to get my own deadlines met and completed on time because I depend on other departments and directors or supervisors to give me documents on time. I also need to hand off important items on a cadence and schedule and there is zero priority for the completion. So then I must rush and overlap tasks and multi-task and stretch my focus to catch up the last task. I feel as though my important deadlines that are supported by corporate, and my department's schedule are totally ignored and minimized when handed off.

Communication between leadership could be more professional and clear. It's not good to have a fear of losing your job when you walk in for a minor mistake that is easily fixable. This is not regarding nursing leadership but Admin. We need a better presence from admin leadership in the hospital. Most the staff don't know who the CEO is. Staff have a disconnect with this and is apparent in the hospital. More frequent all staff meetings would benefit. More updated flyers around the hospital of events and news going on in the hospital.

Keeping staff and actually acknowledging those who work their tails off. Also, life is getting more and more expensive every day. The higher ups don't see this because they're actually paid a fair wage, but the case managers and techs deserve WAY higher hourly wages.
