I appreciated the fact that the service was done so fast! The manager was polite and friendly. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. My car service was excellent. I was delighted that my car was washed and cleaned on the inside. Thank you!!

Didn't get a straight answer to why you hear a popping noise when you turning steering wheel. Cleared radio codes and radio is doing the same thing. Still popping sounds which is not associated w the power steering in which they statedDropped vehicle off at 852 am for 9 am appointment. Called dealership around 3 pm for status update. Never received a call or anything from the dealershipFeel that if you have a Mitsubishi the dealership you bring your car too should know how to work on it. You shouldn't have to bring your car to another dealership for a second opinion on an issue that wasn't resolved at this dealershipSaid they would call when hood came in and to call and reschedule if any of the problems. Reoccur

I rarely give perfect scores, but this one was well deserved. From the moment I arrived, I felt taken care of. The staff was courteous, the wait was short, and they even resolved a recall issue I hadn’t planned for. It’s clear they truly care about their customers. Gave coupon upon check in and was told to hold onto it because he didn’t have scissors to cut it out. He never noted on our paperwork that we had the coupon. Another gentleman was checking us out and the coupon was not applied. We had to wait until he could clear it out of the system and enter again. It took a while to straighten it out.Some of these questions actually do not apply to the service provided…
