Kim went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled with care and her communication was clear thoughtful and incredibly helpful. Josh was just as fantastic! I didn't like the fact that they repositioned my seat and mirrors, which I had to readjust. They shouldn't do that because they're just servicing the vehicle, not driving it.Everything was done exceptionally well. except with the adjustment of my seat.Because they were prompt, courteous, friendly and professional. They got me in, and got me out. They offered me beverages and dnavks which I feel is very thoughtful.

I made the initial appointment with a service employee. This was fine. However, that is where the communication stopped and lacked for the remainder of the appointment experience.They did not greet me at check-out they had the cashier take care of me because they were so ashamed of how this experience was for me. I did not even owe anything so I do not know why the cashier had to deal with me in the end.The worst experience I have ever had with a car. They took seven weeks total when they told me it was to be 1-2 weeks total. Never offered me a demo to drive while my car was being worked on. I tried to call the managers above the service department and they never returned my calls. Horrible with communication.Even though I was offered to get a discount on a rental car. I declined because I was not going to spend money for a rental for two weeks while my car was being serviced. When it took seven (YES SEVEN) weeks to finish my car, I should have been called after the two week time period and offered a Demo Car to drive while mine was continuing to be serviced.
