I had such a great experience at the dealership thanks to Josh, Kim, and Brandon! From start to finish, they were patient, attentive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. On top of that, they work so efficiently and professionally, it’s clear they really know what they’re doing. They are all excellent workers, and I truly appreciate the outstanding service they provided.

It took an extra day to get my car towed into the dealer. But, it needed to be towed, so I think that may have been reasonable. It's just that it happened to cause me to miss church two weeks in a row, so I was a little sad.Thank you for your great service!Josh the Service Manager was extremely professional, polite, personable, knowledgeable and kind. Brandon, the tech who serviced my car, called me personally to let me know he had completed my work and to ask if I had any questions or any other concerns. This was a 5 star experience all the way.
