The bathroom always seem to not be so clean and I've been there different times of the day. The chairs are horrible and sit really low.Stated previously...Just for my vehicle to be respected in the service rep care. I was escorted to the back to get my things since it was discovered my truck wasn't going to be returned to me same day to find the repair tech had tools on my seat with the pointed part of the drill going into my sweater on the seat and my personal items thrown just everywhere instead of notifying me to remove my items from the armrestSouth Suburban Mitsubishi would be recommended not to purchase a Mitsubishi vehicle, but if you already have one and have repairs or just vehicle up keep. The service staff is amazing. They genuinely care and will go over and beyond or what the company will allow. My car was purchased in the it became available 2023. Knock on wood with pictures and videos being sent of different malfunctions since the purchase, my truck has finally been repaired. Kayla, Kim and now service manager Josh are awesome.

I called frantic and Kim was able to get me in at the last minute to get me right before a last minute road trip. Josh, Kayla and Mak were all so patient and kind and helped get me fixed up right!
