I would like to thank the manager and the techs who worked on my car. They know what they are doing, and their honesty as well as their knowledge is top of the line. You have good quality, hard-working people there. Keep up the good work.I am already recommending South Suburban Mitsubishi to my friends and family, two sales had already happen. They forgot to rotate my tires AND had problems with my dashboard ie my radio, phone, nav was offMost are N/A for me. Only complaint is they forget my tires. But once I mentioned the oversite they quickly addressed it.Didn't have an appt but the crew were able to fit me in as a walk in.

This last visit there was no WiFi availableThe only advisor I can count on is Josh. He is the only one I can trust and will get the job done.Your mechanics are doing their job very sloppy & poorly.It seems like they do not care. Very disappointing since I purchased my vehicle at South Suburban. This was not like this a few years back. If Josh was not available day of the appointment, I would not take my car in.Your mechanics are not competing jobs. This vist just to install a radio took over 2 hrs. Everton time I take my car for oil change, they never reset, to know when the next oil change would be. Its very all disappointing.

The service staff made sure all my concerns were addressed and that I understood all of my options regarding services were recommended and what services would be provided. They are always very polite and courteous and also informed me of my payment options which is extremely important during this time of economic uncertainty.
