South Suburban Mitsubishi went far and beyond what I expected they took care of the recall and made sure my car was good for the rest of this winter.There is no waiting, very professional people and even offer snacks while they are working on your car. I'm not sure if you are referring to the person who checked me in (courteous, listened, respectful and Knowledgeable) or the person who checked me out was terrible and rude.I'm there for all my service and typically wait
