My daughter came in due to a problem with a bracket and power spring and within a week and half, she was experiencing the same problem again. This is unacceptable to me for the amount of money we pay for braces.

Please learn how to adjust the head rest properly. I have a very stiff neck. All the staff should be able to do that immediately for anyone’s pt. Each kind of chair has a different way to adjust and each person needs it at a different height.
