Trash bins were overflowing in guest waiting area. Hard plastic chairs. Not enough “comfortable” seating. Overpriced snacks! If waiting somewhere for over 2 1/2 hours, snacks should be reasonable. Bathrooms weren’t clean.Brian was exceptional! He kept us up to date and was confident in telling us what needed to be done. I will be back.Fast and friendly
