It took longer then an hour like i was told but he came out and apologized took $10 off i wasnt upset i was able to make my daughter basketball game right on timeI never have a problem its quick and easy to get a last minute appointment in

The only reason I don't use this facility regularly is that it's 1 1/2 hours from my home. I purchased this car from a dealer near me in Benton Harbor, Michigan but it does not sell or service Mitsubishi's anymore. I'm not happy with that, but I am happy with the car and the service at the Merrillville Mitsubishi facility.Service was very good and I was given a complimentary car wash that I appreciated. This was done as a recall and was done promptly.
