The only reason I don't use this facility regularly is that it's 1 1/2 hours from my home. I purchased this car from a dealer near me in Benton Harbor, Michigan but it does not sell or service Mitsubishi's anymore. I'm not happy with that, but I am happy with the car and the service at the Merrillville Mitsubishi facility.Service was very good and I was given a complimentary car wash that I appreciated. This was done as a recall and was done promptly.

waiting for our car which was done. they pulled us to a office. we knew what they were doing. when the gentleman left we went after him to tell him we don't want to buy another car until after the spring.
