The technician Juan went above and beyond to be sure that my Mirage was repaired correctly. He even called the Mitsubishi tech line to get advice with the symptoms. Overall I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!Brian Jensen is an excellent service writer. He was polite, very knowledgeable about my Mitsubishi Mirage. He kept me informed every step of the way to getting my vehicle repaired.

There were several recalls that needed attention and all were completed with perhaps one part needing to be ordered. The additional services were at our request. All combined, it understandably took a while to complete.With the amount of time it took to service the vehicle, it truly would have been nice to have had the option of receiving a courtesy vehicle.And if possible, send me a written statement or receipt letting me know what recalls and repairs (brakes, oil) were completed. Thanks.Brian Jensen did a fabulous job of taking care of our car from the start. He was polite, professional, pleasant, explained the process to where even I could understand. My only issue is I still have not received the written statement letting me know what was all done as I was promised. It was not avail due to recall codes not found before our picking up the car. I would like to have this written info to keep with the car's maintenance file.For those who have a Mitsubishi or the such, the service was done well.
