They do good work!!Always so helpful and courteous.They are so nice and helpful with the whole experience. I usually would not go to dealerships but they are competitive in their costs and do wonderful service.

Just don’t feel good about anything at this point, why is it taking so long to diagnosed the problem with my car, they have it service manger told me “ It’s one of the characteristics of my car and the year” I don’t believe himI don’t live close to this facility, it’s almost an hour from me, I busted this facility 4-5 times in this month and my vehicle still isn’t diagnosed what is really going on, ?At this point I don’t know what the problem is, I got new brake pads and new rotor’s done in April, so when I went to pick up my car on Thursday, 9-25-25 they resurfaced my front rotors, scuffed my brake pads, I don’t understand why, they are new, I never authorized any of this work, no one gave me a curtesy phone call before this was done, I’m asking for them to replace the front rotors and padsRyan my service person was courteous,, knowledgeable, I don’t feel that way right now, between him and Juan Martinez I feel like they’re taking a wild guess, I also feel that this is my second Mitsubishi that I purchased brand new, because I like and feel comfortable riding in my vehicle, I feel that the manger wanted me to leave and ride around with this noise, because he told me it’s the characteristic of my type of car, he showed no concern he just wanted to me gone, he didn’t really want to bother with meI’m very disappointed and unhappy with this treatment and disappointedI can’t really answer theses questions properly because I Don’t have my vehicle backVery disappointedI visited this facility in Merrillville too many times this month, i never expected this quality of service, no one should ever experience not knowing what’s going on with you vehicle when you take it to dealership, and then encounter a manger with the attitude of hey I just don’t care, he wants me to believe this unbelievable statement about my car, he gave me no sense of any knowledge about my car, i never experienced this before staying at a dealership this long, not eating almost 5 hours, I’m a diabetic, I left my home ate breakfast, thought I can grab lunch once I left the dealership, this is simply ridiculous and unacceptable, disappointing and a very sad way to treat your customers, I really want my vehicle back with an explanation of what the problem is.At this point I still don’t have my vehicle, it’s Saturday, I received a voicemail from the service person Ryan about how Juan haven’t gotten to look at my car, on Friday, how can I trust what they’ve saying to me, At this point my car should be their priority, this customer isn’t satisfied, I’m very disappointed and unhappy with this ordeal I’ve experienced with the manger Delon and I should have my vehicle back, please reach it to me to discuss further 708-912-0693 Ms HarrisonAgain, when I went to pick r up my car, no diagnosis for my car, I suggested a car because I wanted to leave my car, I had an appointment for 8 am, everyone in the waiting area have gotten service and left, from 8am until about 12:45pm I’m the only person left and don’t know what’s wrong with my vehicle
