I had absolutely zero negative experiences while renting there. The amazing staff members of Mariah and Patrick were always such a true delight to have meet everytime I visited. Facility always well lit and clean. The complimentary 5 carts were a true blessing. Many other storage facilities only provides 1 or 2.Moved into a new home that has more space from a studio apartment.

The facility is really nice and secure. Everyone is very professional and helpful. I do wish that the pricing was more forthcoming as far as having to add the insurance and protection gadget. I reserved the space online and when I came in, the two items made it more than what I had planned on. That being said, the facilities and staff made the price worth it to me in the long run.Did not need the extra room to store items at this time.
