My answer was misunderstood. I did not indicate the service was unsatisfactory. I was treated with the utmost respect by Jordan and the rest. They were professional, personable and caring. I am concerned about the slow start as i don't want to be somewhere and get stranded and the only help offered me is by an 80 year old man until i can contact my family for help. It is random and did not happen until a few days after I picked up car.My priority at this point, family health issues to be dealt with. I will contact dealer when I am in a better position to deal with my car. In the meantime, I am grateful for the assistance given to me by Jordan and the crew.

You must know and have probably heard about the parking situationJordan was my service rep, very personable and professional. We explained our concerns and the problems we were having. He listened to all our concerns and politely asked questions and answered ours. Everything he said would be done was. The only concern I still have, when I try to start often it will grind and growl (for lack of better wording) before it kicks over. Not all the time. That was my original complaint as I had been stranded several times when it wouldn't start and people are not kind when you are in that situation.
