I see no need for change, just keep up the good work!At age 76, I have dealt with many service departments. This one is among the very best. The staff is professional but friendly and approachable. They take time to explain without being aloof or condescending. There are no hidden charges. Best of all, the technicians are excellent. I have never had to have a recheck on any work performed by this dept. I trust them and have never considered going anywhere else.

I said to straighten the steering wheel "if you have the time" otherwise to just remove the airbag.
