Brake rotors needs replaced at 15,000 miles…No sign on where to go for service center. Very loud area to sit for three hours and have a tv blaring children’s cartoons.Only car service center that doesn’t offer any drinks or snacks.

The service here has always been impeccable and I really like this place -- I even brought treats for everyone on this day. I was very sad that in spite of being told they would check the air and fill tires if low as part of the standard service it was definitely not done, which makes me question if they topped off fluids --so I will go and open the hood and check that later today. I do my own work a lot, having worked on cars since high school. I will probably do more of my work this coming year.Had to reset my mirrors and seat.
