They did not tell me a time they would be done at and did not communicate whatsoever through the day. I waited 5 hours and I had to call THEM and got placed on hold for 20 minutes and had to call again for them to tell me they would be done with my car in 15 minutes and we came by 25 minutes later and they were still not done.I was not given an inspection or communicated with and i felt my time wasn’t being respectedi only received a receipt with my oil change and no inspection was even mentioned

Jordan and some of the other reps i have met over the years do a good job representing Mitz. But, we do need to talk about the parking situation or lack of, it is ridiculous.Service rep, Jordan, was very personable, polite and knowledgeable. I told him all i wanted was an oil change, all i needed. Had new tires and all that comes with, didn't need rotation etc.
