Due to scheduling issues and/or availability, the car wasn’t washed or clean when taking ownership and I was told I would need to wait at least two hours. So, of course I declined and just washed it myselfCJ and Mike were wonderful and made us feel like family. The only suggestion for improvement that I can make is to somehow shorten the waiting time between the sales and financing portions of the car buying process if possible? Or perhaps just have team members check on customers and see if they need anything as well as keeping them informed while waiting?CJ did a wonderful job taking care of us regarding sales and Mike followed up with a great job on the financing!

Don't get me wrong, I was still a very happy customer. A quick wash would have been appreciated, and my car was between two other cars (front and back) when I went out to the parking lot, requiring a fair bit of maneuvering before I headed home.This service experience was especially outstanding. Nicholas and the team went out of the way to make sure the maintenance I requested (and more) and my many questions were answered. Thank you!
