The only issue I had was when scheduling my appointment was that the online system does not recognize the amount of time a particular job takes so it will let you book an appointment regardless of the amount of time it will take to actually complete the work; potentially causing the appointment to have to be rescheduled.Fidelity was very informative and made sure to explain everything to us prior to starting to work on my vehicle.

None at this time. Just keep up the good work.They were very thorough with my vehicle. I went in for a simple oil change and they noticed an air bubble on the side of one of the tires and warned me that if I didn't change the tire that it was only a matter of time before I had a blowout and that because it was on the rear tire I could very easily flip the entire SUV over. So I had them change it for me and I was able to get back on the road without any problems.
