This is my 3rd Mitsubishi from southwest. They are always friendly. And I got the vehicle i wanted.

The process did not do an adequate job of communicating requested services. Requested 60,000 mile service, but they only had us scheduled for an oil change.He sent the cashier in to talk to me, and did not come to see me himself.They do oil changes well, but little else.Did not get a sufficient explanation why, after the checklist reported that the washer tank level was bad, that they did not perform the repair as agreed to with the service manager. The checkout was with the cashier and not with the service manager to discuss.

Keep up the great work.They took care of my sister and me. Our salesman Mauricio was very nice and professional.
