Great team that makes taking care of my Outlander a breeze!We are very pleased with all the work done by Fidel and his team. They worked efficiently to get everything done quickly and also were able to potentially save us being stranded as they caught a pending issue with one of my tires. Overall, the check-in process was fine, but unfortunately, one of the women in the office responded rudely when I arrived late to my appointment. I completely understand that I should have been on time, and I did apologize because I was aware of my mistake.However, I want to point out a few things:I live almost an hour away from Southwest Mitsubishi, and I chose to return because my previous experience there was great.I could have easily gone to another Mitsubishi location or even a nearby place like Firestone (less than a mile from my home), but I wanted to do the right thing for my car and stay loyal to your service team.It wasn’t even that busy that morning — I was actually the first customer — so I didn’t really understand why being a little late became such a big issue.
