2024 model and have to come back for some non emergency part with brake that would take 2 hours …I love my 2024 outlander but the service could be much better for what the cars cost now , no one has money to throw away!Did not offer to schedule next appt even while under warranty I had to call every time and wait few weeksAbout 3 weeks out from call nothing available said due to recall always on weekday either early or mid day so you have to take off

I enjoyed coming to Mitsubishi's service because the people there always have a smile and kind spirit even though sometimes it's too hot out there for them and I can tell what I suggest is this they need to have some kind of AC unit inside the office because when I went to the office area it was hot people need to understand temperatures get hot and people don't have strokes so with that being said hopefully they get a raise because they do an outstanding job I have always came there and will always will and I love my car that's why I bring it back to them all the time even the text or respectableBecause you have some good workers there they enjoy their job and they treat people right that's not a lot of places like that
