Although the efficiency and expertise was great many of the automation was dehumanizing- I use to receive text that included irrelevanat content- PREP for surgery and when I would call in for clarification I was told Oh thats not for you. The instructions where all automated. The staff were polite but not as personable. As a provider myself I understand that surgerical work and processes can be sterile in nature but adding some human touch would be an addition!!

Dominique was horrible. She acted like doing her job was such a huge in convenience and had rescheduled our first appointment because we were only 15 minutes early after waiting over 2 months to get in and then she gave us an appointment card with the wrong date and time. I also would never recommend this office for children. Dr Candelaria and his office are definitely more welcoming and caring. Her you just feel like a number.
