Very gentle, professional and informative

My rating for overall satisfaction is 6 because the oral surgeon was nice to me, but rating a 0/10 care I received from the front desk/office staff because both time I came here, consultation and surgery day, the ladies in the check-in area are very loud and gossip about each other. During my surgery, the person who was taking me home he said after my surgery that he was very concerned about me during my surgery because he said at one point there was 9 ladies all standing behind the check-in area just gossiping about their new keyboards, how ugly one of the keyboards was; and how much they really disliked one coworker there and was very loud about it in front of him in the waiting area. Also every time I received a call from this office, they would start off the call by not introducing who they were and where they were calling from, I was confused several times they called before my appointment because I didn’t know who was calling me. The oral surgeon Samuel was nice, but I’ll say I have really bad anxiety especially since this was my first surgery and felt rushed to just be put to sleep since I was having an anxiety attack and no one really seemed very personal or tried to make me feel better/comfort wise during this time before the surgery. It was very nice of the oral surgeon to call a few hours after my surgery to make sure I had eaten and was doing okay, I appreciate him for doing that. But majority of this review is just both times I was here the ladies behind the desk are very loud with their gossiping and seem to be really hateful towards some other girl that works there that they were talking bad about, I just feel the people in the lobby like myself shouldn’t know about all that publicly.

Billing and communication were HORRIBLE!Better bedside manner needed from Doctor.You would think after paying 4K you could afford to give us a toothbrush instead of telling us we can pick one up from the store.

Filling out the required form is extremely difficult and confusing.

I had to wait 45+ minutes to be seen the day of the procedure. Reduce wait time.

The doctor who completed the surgery was amazing and so was all his staff.
