Very small lobby but, the Dr continued to check in and explain that she was behind on scheduled appointment time. Very nice group and clean office. My son is Artistic but they did very well taking care of his needs.

I was a same day appointment, I called that morning in horrible wisdom tooth pain, they got me right in that same day! The front desk was so kind, I was not just a patient, she made sure to tell the staff I was in a lot of pain and they prioritized me to get me back fast. The back office was even better. The dental assistant was so kind, she made me feel so comfortable she spoke to me about my kids and family and eased my fear as I was about to have my wisdom tooth taken out while there alone as I don’t have any friends or family here in VA as I just moved here. Her demeanor calmed my nerves and made me feel less alone. The doctor was so kind, cool and collected she was funny and made me feel less nervous about the procedure. The procedure was quick and I had zero pain. I had the best experience. It started out as a stressful painful day and ended getting my problem taken care of, I was treated so well and I can’t thank you enough.

The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions happily and never made me feel rushed. The procedure was quick and I was made comfortable the entire time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, friends and family!

The dentist there Miss Robertson is awesome. I’ve never had a better experience coming to a dental visit. She explained everything to me very well and referred me to where I needed to go even brought me back to her office and showed me my x-rays and explained them thoroughly herself. She was amazing.

This oral surgeon has changed my perception of all dentists… She was kind, thoughtful, always thinking about her patient… Looking to meet their comfort needs… I have never in my life been to a dentist or oral surgeon with her care and compassion before
