Megan has been my nurse through 2 transfers already. She has been caring, patient, attentive, and just overall wonderful. I can't say enough good things about her. She has been a rock for me when I needed it most. Really everyone I've worked with at Spring has been wonderful. I thank the office and everyone for the support and kindness I've received. The app is really terrible and needs a huge update or make your own app. Please this is really poor. Also I don�t know the internal process of workload but the feeling of texting and not being able to get a response for one to two days on a messaging system is pretty terrible. The whole point of instant messaging is to be able to respond in a timely manner. I�m a nurse and there are a lot of things I understand and wait on asking but as a patient I felt dismissed at times and information was not given to me and I have to ask about it. Felt dismissed at times. And half the time I don�t know who I�m talking to and who�s the nurse and who�s the navigator. I would say please just start with an app. The egg retrieval process was probably the best part. Appreciated how everybody came to talk to me and explain things and were really kind.

Dr.Reddy is an exceptional physician and human. Her entire team reflects her passion and care. Grateful for the grace and care I received through this journey.

Such a night and day difference to care I�ve received at Kaiser. We felt so comfortable and the team explained everything they were doing in great detail. Down to even picking music during transfer! I wouldve never thought that would make a difference, but hearing a song that�s really special to my husband and I during made us less anxious and more hopeful.
