Great experience with Spring for my transfer and really appreciate flexibility to work around my schedule and still prioritize my monitoring and successful levels leading up to the transfer!

Everyone was wonderful from start to finish. Just hard going from 13 Mature eggs to 3 embryos but fingers crossed for genetic testing results praying for 1 healthy embryo that transfers successfully

It has been a wonderful experience. Everyone (people at the front desk, people drawing blood, nurses, doctors etc) have been so nice and made the entire process smooth.

A nurse named Vanessa at the East Bay clinicdidn't make me feel very welcomed during my visits.

I do wish there was more communication about what comes next. A lot of information felt like it came right before it happened. I usually initiated conversation to get information. I felt more rushed than prepared by the navigators. The doctors nurses and all the service in person and over the phone was great though. Every time I came in my questions got answered and I would feel better about the process.
