My treatment outcome was disappointing and unexpected. But I felt safe and respected during the entire process. Dr. Fischer is a wonderful RE with good bedside manner. Everyone I interacted with was kind and caring. If I ever do IVF again, I hope it will be with Spring. The egg retrieval nurses were great.

My full care team was so wonderful during this process - super responsive and answered my many questions throughout the process and really feel like they were cheering me on. Regarding the communication channels the Salve app is great and makes it easy for me - this is a huge improvement over email and the online portal. Thank you!!

Having 3 portals with docs was confusing. Staff was helpful in walking me thru what needed to be done and explained which forms needed to be filled out. Your alerts systems added to the confusion because the timing was off. It said my appointment would be cancelled because i didn't fill out forms yesterday when i did alreadysubmit my forms. I also kept receiving messages telling me to book an appointment when an appointment was already booked which added to the confusion. I started the request an appointment form online but it had too much info. I didnt submit the form. I called instead. Your system contacted me anyay saying i didnt have an appointment. I had to call 3 or 4x to get my questions answered about forms and whether or not I in fact had an appointment because of all of your alerts. That was annoying
