The team is amazing. Special shout out to Tiffany who answers all my questions, is fast to respond, clear and never makes me feel 'dumb' or gets frustrated when I'm confused about something. Dr. Fisher as well, great and easy to talk to and have so much confidence and him and his entire team. The procedure staff are all welcoming as well.

I think the beginning of the process was difficult. It felt like there was a barrier when it came to confirming the Ivf plan. I felt as if there was an issue to the extent that I was seen as not committed to the process, so the plan was not developed until one to two months later. I felt as if valuable time might have been saved in the beginning if plans were put into place sooner. But once the ball got rolling, there was an organized system in place. I knew I just needed to stay the course. One issue that I occurred at my job is, after I gave them notice that I was going through Ivf and needed to step away from my workplace for brief visits to the clinic, 3 days later, I was told that they would not be renewing my contact for the next year. It was an upsetting situation. I do feel it was because I informed them that I was going through Ivf.

Spring is awesome

The only complaints I would have is that waiting around all day to get my results for embryos was a little nerve racking. I wish they could�ve called earlier in the day. We were told it would be 30,000 in the beginning and signed everything before we had a full financial breakdown of it being 35-38,000. That�s ok, but I wish we would�ve had a financial consult first then started treatment. One of the on call doctors also said this wasn�t likely to work out due to my age. She wasn�t my doctor and I thought that was negative. I love dr. Fischer. He was positive but if I specifically asked for statistics he would give it to me but still made me feel like this could workout. The staff is overall very friendly and gets back to you immediately. Overall I would recommend spring to someone else.
