The website lead me to believe my husband and I would both be able to get a fertility analysis done during the first consult but he ended up having to schedule a semen analysis at a different location. Wish this was more transparent. Other than that, we're having a great experience! Love the team.

Overall we had a positive experience at Spring. I think there might have been some miscommunication as things were moving around as I was drawn for blood on the day of my appointment and then later today to go to labcorp to get more blood drawn even though it was already done in clinic. I was also surprised to receive quotes for 3 rounds of IVF when that was not discussed in our consult so it just felt a little pushy when I was never told it would likely take multiple rounds. I still feel very supported at Spring and will likely do my treatment there I just think it was a little miscommunication.

As always I had a wonderful experience. Everyone is always so wonderful and I feel so well taken care of.

Some of the nurses seem impersonal, speak in a monotone voice, and appear to be in a rush to get off of the phone. There also seems to be high turnover with nurses which is disconcerting because we patients are looking for comfort and stability during this process.
