The only negative is there was one gal that on multiple visits, had a hard time finding my vein for the blood draw. Both times, she called for assistance and the other person was able to quickly handle the blood draw. She was very nice about it, but it�s very uncomfortable for someone to dig around in your arm. I�m not sure if she was newer or it was my vein that was the problem. I�m glad the person she called in could easily addresss the blood draw.

Everyone was so wonderful through the emotional experience that it was. So grateful for Dr. Okeigwe.

Always very accommodating during blood draws. They provided a spot to lay down and cooling packs, if needed.

Altogether the experience was extremely positive. I really appreciate Melissa helping to manage so many schedule changes and all of my questions. Dr. Reddy is incredibly impressive to ask questions and I learned so much from her. Being able to quickly call the after hours line was such a huge help the night before my transfer to calm my nerves. All in all, I�m so thankful to the entire care team. Thank you!
