I am so incredibly disappointed in the insensitive nature of sending me this as well as post transfer instructions. Being the industry you are in, you should know better. Shame.

Some of the appoint reminders were confusing -e.g., the portal message said Oakland when in fact my appointment was in Danville. When I had some questions, I couldn't get a hold of my cate team on the same day, and their email response time was slower than I expected on some occasions. Otherwise everyone at the clinic is very nice and welcoming.
