Some of the appoint reminders were confusing -e.g., the portal message said Oakland when in fact my appointment was in Danville. When I had some questions, I couldn't get a hold of my cate team on the same day, and their email response time was slower than I expected on some occasions. Otherwise everyone at the clinic is very nice and welcoming.

The Spring team has been amazing. Dr Fisher, the nurses and patient coordinator, and all supporting staff have been so helpful and supportive throughout my egg retrievals. Amazing experience. Dr. Fisher took the time to make sure we understood all parts of the procedure and was incredibly professional but warm at the same time. Our nurse Mel helped answer all our questions and was such a pleasure to work with. When we came in for the retrieval and transfer, all of the staff members we worked with were so thoughtful and kind. I love all the little touches (like the warm blanked, massage chair, chocolates, snacks, etc) - these things are small, but they made me feel comfortable and pamper during a stressful time. I would HIGHLY recommend Spring to others. Thank you all!

Egg retrieval recovery took me at least 5 days. Just want to shout this out so other patients who took longer to recover know it take take more than 1 or 2 days to recover.
